Welcome to the Physical section.
If there's a topic I'm excited to speak about it's this one, not that I don't like the others but I have a different kind of love for this topic.
We hear so much about this, I think it's the thing that they push most down our throat and with reason aswell,
The most talked about and possibly controversial topic,
Obviously (and everyone knows this) physical health is extremely important,
But what do I mean when I say 'physical?'
The physical is everything that has to do with the body and how well you function,
Your hair, face, height, how you sleep, how you look (because you can improve that as well) etc.
This is everything that will have an impact on the way you feel and everything that influences the way you perform in everyday life.
This is a quote taught to me at a young age,
Since I play football I learn some lessons that transfer into everyday life like the one above,
Just substitute the word 'play' with 'do' or 'perform',
If you feel like a zombie you will most probably act like one too,
If you feel like a superhero you'll have the opportunity to behave as one.
The way you feel could be the difference between life beating you up or you grabbing it by the horns and showing it where you want to go.
Notice that most of the time we know what we should do but it's not so easy to do it, you have a voice at the back of your head telling you what you should do, sometimes we ignore it to do something easier,
What if you always feel like doing it? What if you always felt motivated and disciplined to do what's right. That would feel great right? What if you're always energetic? Always motivated and sharp?
I can tell you first hand that the difference is night and day,
And best of all, it's all within your control,
