So...what comes to mind when I say Dream Physique?
A dream body, one that you rate as 10/10 would absolutely change your life,
Believe me when I say that you wouldn't be the same person if you have THAT body instead of the one you have right now.
You'd act differently, you'd walk differently, you'd speak to people in a different way,
But,
That's exactly what I'll share with you today,
Picture this,
Imagine being on the beach, it's Summer, it's hot,
You and your friends or maybe your family want to go for a swim,
But you don't want to take off your shirt cause you're ashamed of how you look,
How embarrassing is that?
'We have such a beautiful piece of art that we call our body and I look like this??' You say to yourself.
Well, don't worry, cause I've been in your position,
I've spent most of my life as a young boy being super skinny,
Then in my mid-late teens I learned what it was that took me from being scared of being seen shirtless to having to stop and stare at every mirror I see.
Okay, enough boasting, here's how I did it.
Imagine being so confident in how your body looks that you can't wait to arrive to the beach,
Your shirt's already off before you step foot on the sand, hoping to get some attention from a couple of girls you know you'll never speak to, haha.
To achieve a goal you must first work towards the goal and before you work towards the goal you must first know the goal.
Know your goal.
How do you want your body to look?
What is a 10/10 physique for you?
What about it makes it so nice?
Print a picture of it and stick it on your wall if you need to.
I'm not joking, actually do that.
Keep that image in the front of your mind,
That's a goal that you're working towards.
And apart from the what you must also know the why.
You cannot work towards what you want if you don't know what it is that you want
So, now that you know the what and the why we can focus on it.
What will get you there?
Think about a person who has your dream physique, what did he do to get there?
Did he do certain exercises? Did he train in a certain way? How many times a week did he train?
You know what a maze is, now imagine you're in the middle of one, trying to find your way out rather that trying to get to the middle.
I believe this is one of the secrets of success.
So many people see the big dogs do things and they say,
'Well if I do what they do then I'll become like them',
Little do they know, it doesn't work like that.
You must do what got the person to the position you want,
Not what he's doing when he's already there.
So think about it this way,
'What would he do if he was in your position right now?'
Cause you can't do Lvl 10 activities when you're still Lvl 1.
Understand that the person who possesses your dream physique didn't always do what he does now. He could have done different things to get it.
What got you to this level might not be what gets you to the next
It's sooo cliché.
Discipline > Motivation and bla bla bla bla bla.
I don't do clichés,
If I say something it's cause it's important.
What I mean by motivation is that your goal, to build your dream body you can't treat it like a new year's resolution.
Meaning that you can't get excited over it for a couple of days then skip a workout and abandon it.
Motivation is so important because,
The motivation I am refering to is,
If it's very much then you're on the right path and I'll even give you a tip to take along your journey.

Just writing about this already has me fired up.

After you've done these steps you'd have set the foundation for achieving your dream physique.
Now you can actually start training and eating to get that body,
But don't disregard the first steps, they're just as important as the training,
